We're a medium volume repair shop and it's tough if we can't get cars in and out. Once the parts came in they did a full service and this door works good as new (better than it has ever been in the 6 years I've worked here)

We were told it would be late that afternoon, but in about 45 minutes they arrived. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. Within another 45 minutes, the door was fixed. Both of the techs were friendly, thorough and careful not to scratch our car, which unfortunately was 'held captive ' by the broken door. The bill was very reasonable, considering the rapid response and quick resolution of the problem.

After my spring snapped Wed. night I called around and with other places it was $125+ service charge for any appointment prior to Sunday afternoon (and there was a $50... read more service charge even then).
